Privacy Policy

Information You Provide Directly:

• Account credentials (email address, password, or Sign in with Apple token)
• Poker session data you log (venues, stakes, game types, financial results, dates, times, hand notes, opponent notes, buy-in and cash-out amounts)
• Bankroll and financial tracking data you enter
• Backer and staking information you input
• Any notes, tags, or metadata you attach to sessions

Information Collected Automatically:

• Device type, iOS version, and app version
• Authentication tokens and session identifiers
• App usage data and crash reports (via Firebase)
• Subscription and purchase history (via RevenueCat)
• Anonymous analytics on feature usage

Information We Do NOT Collect:

• Real-money transactions or actual bank account data
• Payment card information (handled entirely by Apple)
• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Camera or microphone data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Sync your data across your devices via Firebase Firestore
• Manage your subscription and process payments through Apple and RevenueCat
• Send you optional notifications about your session performance (with your permission)
• Improve the Service and develop new features
• Respond to your support requests
• Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored in two places:

• Locally on your device using encrypted on-device storage (SwiftData/SQLite)
• In the cloud using Google Firebase Firestore, secured so that only your authenticated account can read or write your own data

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Firebase / Google: Authentication, cloud data storage, and crash reporting. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and entitlement verification. revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple / App Store: Payment processing, app distribution, and Sign in with Apple. apple.com/legal/privacy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data from our servers within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain records. Local device data is removed when you delete the app.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your session data (via in-app CSV export)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

The Service is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us immediately at StackEdgePoker@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact StackEdgePoker@gmail.com.

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the app. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
